When you know the game you'll actually pass up bad rares in draft for usable cards, but at the start it's not unusual to pull 7 or 8 rares or more by greed drafting. Low end draft will award 4 rares, to 10+ uncommons plus 2 uncommons and gold from chest even for going 0-3 due to the automatic 2 silver chests for the same cost.
Low end forge will award 2 rares, 5 or 6 uncommons and a pile of commons for 5k.
